1. Introduction

Welcome to ConCord Limousine. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and chauffeur services. By accessing our website or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Definitions

  • "ConCord," "we," "us," or "our" refers to ConCord Limousine and its services.
  • "Client," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or organization using our services.
  • "Services" refers to all transportation and related services provided by ConCord.

3. Booking and Reservations

  • Booking: To reserve a service, accurate and complete information must be provided via our website or customer service. All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Confirmation: Upon successful booking, a confirmation email will be sent with reservation details. It is your responsibility to review this information and notify us immediately of any discrepancies by calling +1 (770) 837-7877.
  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods listed on our website.
  • Modifications & Cancellations: Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Cancellations must follow the policy outlined in Section 8.

4. General Policies

  • Vehicle Cleanliness: We maintain high standards of cleanliness for all vehicles. A $350 cleaning fee will be charged for any mess requiring professional cleaning (e.g., spills, bodily fluids, pet accidents).
  • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. A minimum $350 fee will apply for violations.
  • Animals: Pets must remain in secure carriers at all times. Free-roaming animals are not permitted.
  • Late Night Fees: Rides scheduled between 10:59 PM and 5:59 AM may incur an additional fee of $15–$60 based on route and time.
  • Extra Stops: Additional stops during a point-to-point transfer may incur charges based on distance and wait time.

5. Airport Pickup Procedures

Option 1: Curbside Pickup (Default)

We monitor all flights in real-time. Once your flight lands, the chauffeur will contact you to confirm the pickup location. If you do not hear from the chauffeur within 10 minutes, please contact our 24/7 dispatch at +1 (770) 837-7877.

Option 2: Inside Meet & Greet ($25 Fee)

This service must be requested and paid for in advance. The chauffeur will wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, near Baggage Claim 4. Flight details must be provided before the reservation. Otherwise, the pickup will default to curbside.

Multiple Travelers on Different Flights

If passengers are arriving on separate flights, please inform us in advance. The scheduled pickup time must align with the latest arrival. Additional wait time fees apply if an earlier-arriving passenger requests an inside pickup.

6. Wait Time & Travel Time

  • Airport Pickups:
    • No charge if the client enters the vehicle within 45 minutes of the flight landing.
    • Additional time is charged in 15-minute increments at the vehicle's base rate.
  • Non-Airport Pickups:
    • First 15 minutes past the scheduled pickup time are free.
    • After 15 minutes, 25% of the base rate will be charged every 15 minutes.
  • Travel Time:
    • For locations within Zone 4 (50-mile radius of Atlanta), travel time is calculated from pickup to drop-off.
    • Additional charges apply for areas outside this zone.
  • Special Events:
    • A 2-hour minimum applies to all transfers for weddings, sporting events, private airport (FBO) pickups, and other special occasions, plus travel time.

7. Deposit Policy

For out-of-state and long-distance charters:

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance is due 7 days before the scheduled trip.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Sedans & SUVs: Minimum of 4 hours' notice required for cancellation.
  • Vans, Stretch Limousines, Minibuses, Coaches, and Specialty Vehicles: Minimum of 7 days' notice required.
  • Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Full fare will be charged.
    If you cannot locate your chauffeur, you must contact us immediately at +1 (770) 837-7877 to avoid a no-show fee.

Note: Cancellation policies are subject to change without prior notice.

9. Safety and Conduct

  • ConCord reserves the right to terminate service immediately for any behavior that is disruptive, threatening, or unsafe.
  • In accordance with Georgia law, children under the age of 8 must be in an appropriate car seat or booster. We offer these for an additional $25 per seat, upon request.

10. Weather Advisory

Your safety is our top priority. In cases of severe weather or hazardous road conditions, ConCord reserves the right to cancel or modify service. We closely monitor Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) alerts and will communicate any necessary updates promptly.
