We take the safety and cleanliness of our vehicles very seriously. In addition, we follow a strict cleaning protocol: vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each use, with special attention to high-touch surfaces like door handles, seats, and controls. We also use EPA-approved disinfectants and provide hand sanitizer in every vehicle to support a hygienic environment for all our customers.

8. What is your cancellation policy?

A charge equal to the total trip cost, will be charged for any cancellation..
A minimum of 4 hours notice prior to the scheduled pick-up time for Sedans & SUV's.
A minimum of 7 days notice prior to the scheduled pick-up time for all Vans, Vanterras,
Stretch Limousines, Minibuses, Coaches. And all other vehicles.
Customer failure to show at the designated pick up location will be charged a "No
show" fee for the entire amount of the trip. If you cannot locate your chauffeur, please
notify us by text or call our 24/7 dispatch line at +1 (770) 837-7877 to avoid a "No Show" charge.

9. Do you offer hourly or as-directed chauffeur services?

Yes, we do! We offer flexible hourly and as-directed chauffeur services with a minimum booking requirement of 2 hours. This option is ideal for clients who need transportation for multiple stops, business meetings, special events, or simply prefer having a vehicle and professional driver available on demand. We tailor the service to your schedule, ensuring comfort, convenience, and reliability throughout your journey.

10. How do you handle flight delays for airport pickups?

We closely monitor all incoming flights to stay updated on any delays or early arrivals. If your flight is delayed, there’s no need to worry—our chauffeurs will adjust their arrival time accordingly to ensure they’re ready when you land. This way, you can count on a smooth, stress-free pickup without any additional effort on your part. We track your flight so you don’t have to.
